Since the elections of 1998 are over, many of the links on this page no longer work and have been removed. Although the page is not an exhaustive list of all candidates that year, it does include all candidates that we know of that had a website. Therefore we are keeping this page on SCIWAY as a historical record of who ran for office and who had campaign web sites in 1998, the first year such sites appeared in South Carolina.
