South Carolina Richland County Arcadia Lakes Arcadia Lakes is an incorporated township, located in Richland County, within the metropolitan Columbia area.

In the 1880s, it was a rural area of lakes and pine groves far removed from the bustle of the capital city. The 2,288-acre community established its own town government in 1959.
