• Providing helpful and friendly customer service over the phone and email
• Writing accurate and interesting articles to describe South Carolina places, people, and history
• Maintaining our statewide calendar of events
• Adding images to our popular photo gallery
• Developing new pages and reworking old pages
• Creating fun, useful Facebook posts
• Repairing broken links
• And much more!

• Keep a lot of loose ends in your mind at once
• Make changes to the website without making mistakes
• Test your changes to make sure they work
• Communicate with customers in a professional, upbeat, and friendly way
• Write well and have strong phone skills
• Interact well with a team
• Work independently while being able to accept and follow instructions as needed
