How to Add Your Event to the SC Calendar

Option 1 – Basic Listing – $95

If you would like your event to be included in the calendar, the cost is $95 a year. Your listing will include a link to your website, your city's name, the event's date(s), and a 15-word description. It includes a listing for each day of the event. Here is how it would look:

Basic Listings are for one-time events. Please contact service@sciway.com if you have an ongoing event, such as one that happens weekly or monthly, that you would like to promote on SCIWAY's calendar.

Option 2 – Featured Listing – $350

If you would like your event to be featured with your logo at the top of the calendar, the cost is $350 a year. Your listing will also include a link to your website, your city's name, the event's date(s), and a 40-word description. It also includes a basic listing for each day of the event. Here is how it would look:

Option 3 – Image Ad – Banner – $900

Banners are located at the top of the page, right alongside SCIWAY's logo. They will help you capture the most attention possible. They cost $900 a year and include a basic listing for each day of the event. Here is how one would look:

Option 4 – Featured Listing + Newsletter Listing – $575

If you would like your Featured Listing (see Option 2 above) to appear in both the calendar AND one time in our newsletter, this is a great option for you! SCIWAY News is sent out to over 35,000 double opt-in subscribers and is a great way to reach South Carolinians.
