South Carolina Barnwell County Blackville Blackville is located in Barnwell County, along the SC Heritage Corridor. Driving through the rural town will take you past corn fields, pastures, and barns. Right off the main road you will find God's Acre Healing Springs, an artesian well where locals and tourists stop to fill their water bottles. Blackville is also home to a small Mennonite community. One of the Mennonite families runs Miller's Bread Basket, a popular restaurant on Blackville's Main Street.
