Gov and Mrs. Manning had six sons in the service during WWI. Was this picture done before the last one signed on and is there any idea of the date of the picture? Thanks for your help.

Hi Richard! We contacted the person who submitted all of these pictures and he says that if Gov Manning had six sons who served, then this picture must have been before the last one began service. But unfortunately we can’t be sure!
