Located near Walhalla in Oconee County, Issaqueena Falls make for a fairly easy hike. It takes just about 15 minutes to reach the 100-foot cascade from the nearby parking lot of Stumphouse Tunnel Park.
The falls were named for an Indian girl who warned white settlers of an imminent attack by her tribe. (Read the full legend of Issaqueena Falls.)
