Built in 1827, the two-story Swift Creek Baptist Church was recently renovated after it suffered extensive damage from Hurricane Hugo in 1989.
The style is Greek Revival, and it’s located just a few steps away from the other buildings of the small Boykin community.

I have visited this church twice. Three generations of my family (Dees/Deas) attended and were members. I have family members buried there. I would like to get any information on this church and it’s members if possible.
