We enjoyed it very much. It has portable toilets (very nice—didn’t smell at all!), boardwalks and trails over and around the marsh and through wooded areas. Very peaceful. If you want to get away from the beach crowds and enjoy some quiet nature walks and maybe view some egrets or herons, this is a great place to go.

If you love birds you’ll see lots of them at the right times. Also very hard to find – the town of Calabash or Little River should help with some well-placed signs! Loved it and will come back.
