The sun sets over a Garden City marina located just south of Myrtle Beach.

Larry Dent, from Spartanburg County, took this picture in February 2006.

He says that: “My wife and I go there to take ‘a few days off’ two or three times a year, but the sunset will not be ignored. In the summertime, the sunset shifts farther north and sinks behind the Murrells Inlet Marina. It’s a great place to relax and take advantage of the ‘Early Bird’ dinner special at the Gulf Stream Cafe next door.

“The view was great from the fourth floor balcony but this photo was taken from the walkway by the boat slips. I hope those who visit SCIWAY enjoy the view as much as we do.”
