Hampton Town Clock – Hampton, South Carolina

South Carolina  |  SC Picture Project  |  Hampton County Photos  |  Hampton Town Clock

The clock in Hampton has stood in the middle of town since 1948. It was a joint project of the Loan and Exchange Bank (now Palmetto State Bank) and the Town of Hampton. The clock’s four 30-inch faces sit atop a 20-foot high bronze structure in the middle of historic Lee Avenue.

Hampton Town Clock – Add Info and More Photos

The purpose of the South Carolina Picture Project is to celebrate the beauty of the Palmetto State and create a permanent digital repository for our cultural landmarks and natural landscapes. We invite you to add additional pictures (paintings, photos, etc) of Hampton Town Clock, and we also invite you to add info, history, stories, and travel tips. Together, we hope to build one of the best and most loved SC resources in the world!
