The Harborwalk is a quiet, quaint gathering place that parallels Front Street.
Once a hustling and bustling harbor with pirates, sea-scoundrels, and traders, the area now offers a leisurely stroll along the Sampit River.
The walk ventures from the Rice Museum, past a spectrum of restaurants and traditional homes, and then ends with a fountain park and the historic Kaminiski House. The large green space in the center of the Harborwalk is known as Francis Marion Park.
