One of Park Circle’s newest additions is the Mixson neighborhood. Designed as a new urbanist development, Mixson underlines the importance of community by designing streets and homes in close proximity to each other. Public spaces and courtyards add to the European feel of this new subdivision.

In addition, all Mixson homes are Energy Star rated, which means that utility bills will be less than in regular homes. The location is convenient to the Park Circle and Olde North Charleston areas, offering residents a bevy of dining and entertainment choices.

I lived in the George Lagrea Apartments near Ben Tillman Elementary School from 1959-1963. Are they still there? I would like to have some pictures of the way they looked when we lived there. Where can I find some?
