Originally home to Bleak Hall Plantation and Sea Cloud Plantation, Botany Bay is a 4,687-acre heritage preserve and wildlife management area located on Edisto Island. Although neither of the original plantation homes are standing, many of the outbuildings, such as this elaborate ice house, are still intact and open to the public.
