The Greer Opry House is located at 107 Cannon Street in downtown Greer. It was founded by the late Ernest Harvey after a fire destroyed the nearby Powdersville Opry House, and is still owned and operated by his family.

The Greer Opry House prides itself on providing a family-friendly atmosphere. There is a snack bar which serves sodas, coffee, hotdogs, fries, and more. The bands who perform there play a variety of country, bluegrass, and much more. Dancing is commonplace at the Opry, which is open Friday and Saturday nights.
