This photo of the old Anderson County courthouse also features the town's clock. The photos on this page were submitted by Angelia Lynn Floyd of Anderson. The 1898 building has given way to a more modern courthouse, which is right across the street.

Angelia writes: "This is the front of the Anderson County courthouse built in 1898. It also contains the town clock, on the bell tower. The clock face and bell are the same ones used in the first courthouse. The bell is dated 1856."
