Twin Falls – also known as Rock Falls, Reedy Cove Falls, and Eastatoe Falls – is just a quick 15-minute hike into the Eastatoe Valley (pronounced "EAST-a-tow-ee"). The trail culminates at an observation deck. Like many of the waterfalls in South Carolina, the Twin Falls are best viewed after a good rain.

The left and largest of the falls is 75 feet high and flows over a tall granite slab. The waterfall on the right cascades down a 45-degree pitch. At their base, the two falls merge and continue down Reedy Cove Creek.
The hiking trail to Twin Falls begins in a parking lot near Pickens. The trail goes through a private nature preserve, but it is open for public use.
