Reedy Cove Creek is located just downstream from Twin Falls in Pickens County. In fact, the hiking trail to Twin Falls follows Reedy Cove Creek and is only a 15-minute walk from the parking area.

The creek eventually intersects with the Eastatoe Creek, which flows into North Carolina to the Eastatoe Gap.
