San Antonio, Texas, South Carolina – Alamo Church

The church at the Alamo (pictured below) is where James Butler Bonham died. During the siege, it housed the powder magazine and had three cannons on its roof. As one of the Alamo's strongest buildings, it also housed the women and children in one of its interior rooms.
