Dillon County, South Carolina – Dillon

The city of Dillon is the county seat for Dillon County, located in the northeastern part of South Carolina. Dillon was founded as a railroad town in the late 19th century when the Florence Railroad Company built a rail line extending from Florence to the state line with North Carolina.
