This is Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Camden, shot in 1997 by Laura Howell of Columbia, South Carolina.
"Photography has always been a hobby of mine, but even more so since moving to South Carolina. Living in Columbia allows me to take day trips to almost anywhere in the state to take photographs. My mother and I were taking the Christmas Home Tour in Camden one year and while looking for one of the homes we found the lovely little church in the photograph."
