This picture taken near Folly Beach shows a scenic shrimp boat and marsh setting, photographed in November 2005 by Janelle Dawsey of Charleston.
Janelle describes her photo for us: "My friend and I spent the day at Folly Beach taking pictures of any and everything. We passed this shrimp boat on the way out to the beach, but neither of us noticed it until we were on the way back. We had to stop to get a picture! The sun was setting and the sky was pink and orange - just breathtaking! I think this picture symbolizes the Carolina coast."
