Amanda writes: "This photo of the Morris Island lighthouse was taken on the morning of March 29, 2008 just before sunrise. After hearing the news that the first phase of
renovation was completed, I was anxious to get out and
photograph it. What an amazing piece of history and I
am glad it is being preserved."
