Amanda Simmons took this early-morning shot on the Cooper River in October 2008.
She writes: "We were traveling out from the Cypress Gardens boat landing when I noticed the sun peaking from around a cut in the river. I took the picture with my cell phone and it was an absolute gorgeous morning."
