Rock Hill Hotels: A Local's Guide
Rock Hill is located near I-77 in north-central South Carolina. It's about 14 miles east of York and 28 miles south of Charlotte, North Carolina.The city is home to Winthrop University and hosts several popular events throughout the year, including the United States Disc Golf Championship in the fall.
Downtown Rock Hill (known as "Old Town") boasts a large historic district as well as a great selection of shops, museums, theaters, and restaurants. It also has a great live music scene, with local bands playing downtown bars and clubs nearly every night.
