Greer Hotels: A Local's Guide
Greer is located just off I-85 in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, midway between Greenville and Spartanburg. The city is one of several business hubs in the Upstate and is home to the nation's only BMW manufacturing plant.Downtown Greer (also known as Greer Station) is home to a large historic district, as well as a great selection of shops, museums, and restaurants. You can even catch a live performance at the Greer Opry House.
The downtown area also boasts several beautiful parks, including Greer City Park, which features a large fountain and amphitheater.
