Bluffton Hotels: A Local's Guide
Bluffton is located in the heart of South Carolina's Lowcountry, midway between I-95 and Hilton Head Island.This historic village is situated on a bluff (hence the name) overlooking the beaufitul May River.
Downtown Bluffton is lined with unique shops and award-winning restaurants, but one of the best ways to get a taste of the local flavor is to visit the Bluffton Farmers Market on Calhoun Street. The farmers market is held every Thursday from the middle of May until the middle of December.
The nearby Bluffton Historic District boasts several antebellum homes (including the Heyward House Historic Center) and historic churches.
