Guest review: Liked the hotel's exterior, but interior badly needed updating - room needed better soundproofing - yellow comforter and carpet looked and smelled decades old - there wasn't any regular coffee, and one of the packets had been used - smoke smell wafted through the vent whenever another guest started smoking - bathroom door almost hit toilet when it shut - customer service needed improvement; front desk clerks said they'd turn off an alarm clock next door that had been sounding, but never did - fitness center was closed - Dec 2007
