• Image ads must be served directly by SCIWAY.
  
  
• If an ad has a light-colored background, it must be surrounded by a one-pixel border. Please incorporate this border into your design and overall dimensions.
  
  
• Leaderboard Dimensions: 728 x 90
  
  
• File Size: 30K max
  
  
• File Format: Macromedia Flash 6 compatible SWF file
  
  
• Animation: 15 seconds maximum
  
  
• Frame Rate: Maximum 18 frames per second
  
  
• Backup GIF: A backup gif must be provided for non-flash users (20K max).
  
  
• Audio, Video: None
  
  
• Clickthrough URL: Make sure you specify a clickthrough URL in your flash banner. Otherwise, our users will not be able to reach your site. The link should NOT open in a pop-up to allow compatibility with pop-up blockers. Please have your flash settings set to open the link in the same window.
  
  
• Once the file is received, we will have your image online within 3 working days. We do reserve the right to request changes.
  
  
• Tracking Clicks: Adobe has created a click tracking method for rich media banners designed with Flash. It has evolved into an industry standard over the past several years and is today supported by every major ad server.
  
  In short, you can insert a transparent button into the top-most layer of your Flash banner and assign it an onrelease ActionScript code. Copy the ActionScript code below for your current version of Flash.
  
  For Flash 4,5,6 and 7 use:
