South Carolina  Orangeburg County Woodford
Woodford is located in Orangeburg County's northwestern tip, close to the Lexington County line.
The community grew in the late 19th century as a result of the presence of the railroad and received its town charter from the General Assembly in 1891.
Today, Woodford is the home of a weekend Hummingbird Festival held each year in the spring.
