McBee, South Carolina
South Carolina Chesterfield County McBee
McBee is located in the southwestern tip of Chesterfield County at the junction of US 1 and SC 151.
Between 1900 – 1971 Seaboard Air Line trains on the Columbia to Cheraw route used McBee's depot for passengers and freight. Today, the train station houses the local library and a railroad museum which is on the National Register of Historic Places.
Cheraw is the largest city in McBee's own Chesterfield County but Hartsville, across the Darlington County line, is just a little larger and just a little closer to McBee.
Here are maps of the Cheraw area and of the Hartsville area .
